It Matters - Being A Welcoming Church

Paul Spittka

1. Before people hear what we believe, they feel how we receive them.

2. When we treat people differently based on appearance, status or comfort level, we are actng like we are the judges of their worth.

3. Being welcoming doesn’t just happen automatically. It happens intentionally.

4. You don’t have to be outgoing to be welcoming. You just have to be aware.

5. Belonging often comes before believing.
